happy pride month!
inhuman updated!
i'm still kind of muddling through fatigue from covid but working on improving it. still at the point where doing a half hour walk each day knocks me out before 9pm each night... so not ideal, but i'm hopeful for improvement over time.
i've been drawing a bunch of queer birds for pride! and people's ocs decked out for pride, but really, the birds are what i'm living for right now. i dont know, birds just have nice shapes to them. who doesnt appreciate an avian being gay anyway? since many birds mate for life, they're one of the animals where it's easy to observe gay behavior in pairs cuz they're together for that span of time. gay birds, as natural as the rainbow itself.
my ttrp group wrapped up our campaign last weekend, and sadly shortly after doing so... one of our group had the catalytic converter stolen from his car. which he'd literally just had replaced, so he really hasnt got the money to do it -again- yknow?? so he's set up a gofundme for the repairs. it'd be really kind of anyone out there if yall could help him with the costs. living in the USA without reliable car is.... bad.
in other news, uhhh i had my 6mo followup with radiation as well as my yearly physical recently. both say i'm doing well! lungs sound good, even after cov! the real excitement is that radiation said they dont need to see me for a WHOLE YEAR now. this means i am, truly, finally, heading towards being able to use the word remission to refer to my body. two more years to go!
i've been trying to get a back deck veg garden going, as well as move st dame's rocket around to get it to spread to different locations around the house. not sure if i will succeed in either, but i do love touching dirt.
see yall next week. be proud of who you are even if its a tiny spark you hold in your heart. <3
