Inhuman update
i was at ANE on friday checking out the new venue. it's much larger, has a much better flow for the size of the crowds. i was kind of upset that there didn't seem to be any enforcement of masking but not surprised, since that was my entire reason for backing out last year. the powers that be just Do Not care, they think checking for vax records at reg is enough :T it's not lol
i did get some very nice things tho, like a hedgehog pencil case from nightlinez, a very cute little sculpted armadillo from the cogitation zone and a plush of my fav dinosaur from artsea animal (a dilophosaurus).
...then i slept for 19 hours, because in spite of not LOOKING like cancer and covid fucked me up on a cellular level, cancer and covid fucked me up on a cellular level. invisible disabilities! they are real!! WOW!!
i got to see a few friends i've been missing though which was really uplifting. i only wish i'd been able to stay longer. maybe next year.
in terms of the comic this... isnt my fav page of this sequence, unfortunately. i dunno what went wrong but something did. hang in there for next week's, which -is- my fav in this sequence so far.
i also added another link to my podcast list. this one is a suburbia horror serial called Mayfair Watchers Society. i've been following it for a while now, and its clearly time i link to it.
in spite of drinking two cups of coffee, i think im ready to sleep again...
