not_funhello everyone, another inhuman update is live!
a huge thanks to everyone who spread and donated to the fundraiser for the funeral. kei's still broke right now BUT fundraising made it possible for him to avoid having to take out predatory loans to cover the expenses. if you have a little extra, please consider donating to help him rebuild some degree of personal income.
there are a lot of stressful things going on personally, a lot of family members who are sick and only some are likely to recover. insurance is still screwy bc of a crappy homophobic boomer boss at the post office. but what can you do? collect receipts for 80$ cancer medications til it kicks back in i guess. and watch parkinsons do its thing to the elders. :T and lymes. and covid. and dementia. listen. i'm holding a lot of people's maladies in my head right now. let's get off this topic.
ttrpg group started a new campaign and i'm taking my first baby steps into playing a caster class. i almost always play melee, preferably short blades, but here i am trying to retrofit 5e bard to work with a tiefling music lifestyle journalist. listen, it doesnt say anywhere in these spells that -i- have to play music...
next sunday is our (TEN YEAR!!!) wedding anniversary here, but being old and tired and wary of covid we don't have any plans i don't think. but it's wild to think ten years have gone by. when and WHERE.
