okay, not a lot of time, so let me get through this quick.

doctor's visit: xray normal, bloodwork normal except for low vitamin d levels. so i'm taking a multivitamin, but that does not explain my several-year-pain shoulder injury. so the next step is prolly gonna be MRI. thank you patreon patrons for making it possible to get at least this far, though!

nervousness for no reason: seems pretty under control now. i'm drinking coffee again, though brewing it really weak and only drinking half a cup. working back up to my normal intake.

alien guides: for july i did reptiloids, but i also revamped chuians. i'm going to be revamping some of the old guides over the next few months cause you know like why not?
