so another week, another bit of progress with taking sertraline/zoloft. i'm noticing a distinct lack in the uh...closeness? of dark thoughts. they're still there, just not really as looming. it's kind of odd since i've got so used to them that it feels sort of like when you might like reach un-looking to your side for a glass of juice or whatever and flail your hand around, not coming into contact with it for a minute. if that makes sense.
the mainnnnn downside is that (in me) the med causes insomnia. so the obvious solution has been to start taking them during the day, and not at night.
other than that, things Go. there's a maple tree in the yard that's an absolutely radiant shade of orange today, which is really one of the best things about fall.
