have a very buzzing cat holiday

not a whole lot to say, other than that i hope y'all have a good holiday week. our plans got kind of canned...alf's anxiety attacks have resurged kind of harsh the last few days. they seem to be getting a little better, but they're once again tied to the car it seems for the large part. so we can't really...see family for the holiday.
it's okay, cause we kind of planned in case this would happen. but still kind of a bummer.
in terms of the comic though, i had a kind of epiphany the last few days that helped tie up some loose ends for the final chapters that i was struggling to figure out. the funny thing is that once i came to the conclusion it was so goddamn obvious, the answer had been staring me in the face all the time. i mean this is a space opera after all >:O why NOT do that thing in the final act?! so i'm pleased with this new revelation and hope it works out well, though it'll be a bit til we arrive there.
but uh yeah enjoy the last comic of 2013. next week's will be a filler, as is customary for the week of new years'. and yes i do apparently expect people to remember psuedoscience from 500 pages ago.
