heatwave drags on here irl, something something something. i'm waiting on a call from the pharmacy rn to go pick up meds so i'm not really focused on writing this one bit. hope everyone's doing ok tho.

i ran outta bananas and didnt sleep so great cuz of the leg cramps (if you suffer leg cramps, eat more banana... the potassium will prevent em) and generally feeling my energy levels are low rn. but i think a lot of that is the heat. its really hard to get amped to do anything when the air is like an oppressive fart on your neck lmao
