new comic page is up, making two this december already!! i feel very accomplished.
i'm writing this a day after a snowstorm buried us, and i'm just kind of loathe to go outside and put cards in the mailbox and clear the mess the plow pushes into our driveway every dang day. but hey. thats not the worst problem on earth.
ive been sending a lot of cards, drinking a lot of coffee, and relishing that this year there's no lingering feeling of guilt or dread at not showing up to family functions. around this time last year i was being bounced all over the east coast bc having finished treatment -everyone- wanted to see me, which was cool but exhausting beyond measure considering. now at least i get a reprieve until march or so, when the vaccine becomes available to essential workers and ppl w only one major health complication risk.
moving off the topic of our current dystopia, i'm almost done collecting plush mewtwos! i am only waiting on one. THE ORB. it's like just a round beanbag printed with a grumpy weird looking mewtwo face, and obviously bootlegged, but i fucking love it. i cannot wait. i was thinking i'd do a video going thru each one chronologically and doing a turnaround. but first i must build a turn table. i will use a fidgit spinner. yes.
i also updated some links on the site. over here. mostly i added a few podcasts i'm kinda in love with. can't believe magnus archives is almost over tho!! ive been following it since s1 and i'm just like, what will i do without jonny sims giving me horror narration every week? (for the time being, i'm reading his book tho...)
