had a hard time drawing this page. learned some really unsettling news (tw: suicide and abuse) and just...it makes comics hard, because a comic artist was involved. like, how could you fucking abuse your power that way? i really just. everything about this situation upsets me. i really hope the lady involved is okay.
i dunno.
in more cheerful news, all the flowers are finally blooming. the veg garden onions are getting big. the lilacs are getting ready to explode all over. and the fishtank is established and now houses two residents: refugees from the feeder goldfish tank at walmart, named Fish and Friend. here's fish and friend hanging out.
also a couple patrons are going to cancel their pledges this month because of Life Issues. this is okay and i totally support people reorderiing their finances to keep themselves financially secure. but it does leave me a little in the lurch. so if you've like, been THINKING about backing patreon but weren't SURE if you should?
