and i fixed/touched up the alien species dex page. gotta get the deep dive files updated too but not this week lmao
by the time anyone reads this ill probably be packing for a cousin's wedding in dc. its like... nye in dc too which is bananas. i got my hair cut for it tho and yknow how good that felt? like to have it back enough to necessitate a cut whew.
holidays are. awkward sometimes this time of year. i hope no one is being a weird conservative ass under the tree. but it seems like people have been driving like asses, cuttin off ambulences and ramming post trucks and shit. these are the same ppl who say theres a war on xmas and its like bitch youre the one causing it >:T you invented it and now youre making it a reality by making it miserable for others who may or may not even share your belief system.
between that and the like, frantic capitalism im really a humbug about xmas. but... im glad to be at the end of the year, ready to put another 365 day cycle of events in the rear view and focus on what's to come.
like the new ram and hard drive arriving...!!! lol my laptop is so old, it lags when typing sometimes now so. it's That Time again. i upgraded the os (7 to 10) and while that didnt seem to fix any of the lag stuff, it does seem to be able to tab between things without crashes that are graphics-card intensive. and it scans/edits fine. for now everything important is backed up externally too. just in case
idk is this entry a decent size? i feel like any other attempts to convey a thought to ppl who might be reading this would veer into just pointless anxieties. IM WORRIED ABOUT MY FRIENDS THIS TIME OF YEAR like what millenial isnt tbqh.
yeahh prolly best to leave it here. i do have some art to post as a placeholder once i head to dc tho... so i'll write somethin again before the new year. til then,
