a game of chase
Jul. 28th, 2020 04:28 pmhello friends, it's been a while
there is indeed a new comic page - http://www.inhuman-comic.com
also on patreon there's two new redraws of arc 4 pages as of my writing this: page 100 and 114! this brings the total of pages i have to redo for arc 4 down to 20. thats nearly managable right?
if you'd like to see those and all the other arc 4 redraws as well as get early access to the comic, art rewards, or just plain support me please check out my patreon. you can pledge as little or as much as you want per month. http://patreon.com/notfun
i kind of feel like i -should- ramble on and do a blog post, like it's expected. but when i think about the state of things i dunno. dark times in america yall. massachusetts is starting to see a rise in covid cases again because of course we are. and yet motherfuckers still put up trump flags. i've settled for spitting on the lawn of one on my street every time i pass. and i've been walking my pokemon in pokemon go again, so... that happens a few times a week.
if you could, though, i strongly suggest donating money to the families of those who've lost people during these protests. these are protests for basic human rights (black lives are lives and they FUCKING matter, i do not know how to tell you you should care about people) and the police and federal agents are turning them into violent riots by attacking the crowds.
this carrd has a list of most of those lost so far
https://blacklivesmatters.carrd.co/#victims
you can also donate to the protesters
https://blacklivesmatters.carrd.co/#bail
and here's some links specifically for portland
bail fund: https://portlandfreedomfund.org/
another bail fund (its legit) https://www.gofundme.com/f/pdx-protest-bail-fund
BLM portland: https://www.blackresiliencefund.com/
if you can afford nothing, make a Black Lives Matter sign and just put it in your window. then spread those links online. because showing your support matters, and maybe your friends are able to help the protesters out financially.
take care of yourselves. i'll see you again soon.
